Indiana C-Store Group Files Suit and 7th Circuit Appeal for Cold Beer Sales

Dear Client:It's been less than a month and the Indiana Petroleum Marketers and Convenience Store Association (IPCA) is already back gearing up for battle to try and secure cold beer sales, per report by Indy Star. Recall, that after Federal Judge Richard L. Young denied a request for injunction brought forth by the IPCA, liquor stores remain the main source for Indiana residents to purchase cold beer for carry-out [see BBD 06-18-2014 ]. The IPCA has filed an appeal to
