InBev Shakeout

The mother ship in Belgium, InBev NV, announced this morning a board and management shakeup just weeks after changing the management at InBev USA. In a post-holiday announcement, InBev said that former AmBev exec Carlos Brito, 45, will replace John Brock as CEO of InBev NV. Carlos is currently head of North American operations. The change is a sign that AmBev's management is gaining an increasing role in InBev's operations as they seem to be the ones who get results.BROCK
