HUSA Gets a Lift from New Marketing and Innovation

Dear Client:Heineken USA grew depletions (sales to retailers) in the low-single digits resulting in market share gains in the country during the third quarter. Shipments (sales to distributors) were "significantly" ahead of depletion growth, which the company says mainly reflects low shipment levels in the third quarter of last year. Year to date, HUSA volumes grew 4.2%, with the company gaining 0.07% market share. Nielsen recently reported the company's second best month in the past five years, with the overall
