Hensley’s Take on Golden Eagle Purchase

Dear Client:Last week we reported on the acquisition of Golden Eagle of Tucson by Hensley Beverage of Phoenix, and waxed prolific on the consequences of that sale for suppliers and future suppliers in the state. The President and CEO of Hensley, Bob Delgado, contacted me to clarify some points. We had talked about how some suppliers may be hesitant to go with Hensley if they believed they would be acquired by A-B. GOLDEN EAGLE NOT PRELUDE TO SALE TO A-B.
