Heineken USA’s Don Blaustein Steps Down

Dear Client: Amid flagging sales and myriad changes in marketing, Heineken USA confirmed this afternoon that HUSA chief Don Blaustein is stepping down as president, effective August 31. Don was named president nearly two years ago just after the sudden resignation of Andy Thomas. Indeed, HUSA has seen three presidents in five years. Don took over from Andy after serving as HUSA's vp of sales. John Nicolson, regional president for the Americas for Heineken, will fill in as interim president
