Grokking the National Academies Report on Alcohol 

Dear Client: The National Academies published (two days early after it leaked) their Review of Evidence on Alcohol and Health by the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (2025), which evaluates the relationship between alcohol consumption and various health outcomes, intended to inform the HHS on the Dietary Guidelines on alcohol which are to come out sometime next year. You'll recall, this is the first of two reports, the second of which, from ICCPUD, is expected any minute now.
