Full Sail Brewing Sues DUI Firm for Trademark Infringement

Dear Client:Here's one you don't see every day: Full Sail Brewing is suing a DUI law firm called Sessions Law for trademark infringement, as Sessions Law's logo is very similar to their Session Beer logo. Sessions Law, a DUI firm based in Atlanta, even uses beer to-go singles bags with their logo on it as an advertisement. You'd think lawyers would know better. The logos are nearly identical. "SESSIONS creates a direct and malicious connection between FULL SAIL's goods, namely
