BBD has learned that three California InBev distributors have filed suit against Anheuser-Busch after A-B offered them one times gross profit for their brands at termination. At least two of those distributors are particularly aggrieved because they, at InBev's urging, had just purchased the InBev brands from their competitor last year for four times gross profit.
