The coupon, as indicated on the back, is approved for use and "valid" in 20 states, including AZ, AK, CO, DE, DC, FL, HI, IA, LA, MS, MT, NV, MN, MD, OK, SC, SD, WI, WV, and WY, although we haven't found it in use in those markets, and may just be one overzealous
