Euclid Beverage Parent Co. Purchased TOPA’s Virgin Island Distributorships

Dear Client: Here’s a distribution deal for you that has sort of flown under the radar.  Earlier this spring, Clare Holdings, the parent company of Chicago Blue/Silver distributor Euclid Beverage, announced it had purchased TOPA Equities’ (Anderson family) beverage distributorships in the Virgin Islands. The haul of brands from the deal is significant, as TOPA’s distributorships seemingly delivered all major beer brands, large wine and spirits brands, huge non-alc brands, and big tobacco across the Islands. The cluster of TOPA’s
