Dear Client: Last month, we reported on a Virginia bill that would prohibit alcoholic versions of nonalcoholic beverages with the same name from being placed together at retail. It was signed by the Governor this week, and goes into effect in July. It's one of the first, if not the first, such bill that's been passed.
