DOJ Asks InBev for More Information

The U.S. Department of Justice has asked InBev for more information regarding their deal to purchase A-B. The request, called the "Second Request" under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, is a common request and shouldn't be interpreted as a problem for InBev.
