Diageo “Committed to Three-Tier System”

Beer distributors have always been suspicious of Diageo.ever since they ruthlessly consolidated their wine & spirits distributors down to one per state. But I've always defended these guys after my friend and Diageo communications exec Gary Galanis asked me to accompany them to Iraq this time last year on a humanitarian trip. Once you get shot at with people, you tend to bond. Maybe that's why I still stand by my belief that they are not the bane to wholesalers
