Costco Partial Victory (So Far)

At least a preliminary and partial victory. On Wednesday Judge Marsha Pechman issued a decision that allows Costco to continue to pursue its claims that Washington State's laws violate federal antirust laws. It was a long decision (21 pages) for what was a routine denial of the state's and the wholesale association's motion to dismiss the case.
