Costco Comes Out Strong

Costco and the State of Washington squared off in U.S. District Judge Marsha Pechman's court this week, with Costco's attorney, Dave Burman, coming out strong with both barrels flashing. Burman showed several documents, and a video, which attempted to show Judge Pechman that the State has sent very conflicting signals as to whether its alcohol code promots temperance or helps the state maximize revenue through selling more alcohol beverages.
