Coors to Restructure Field Sales

The Coors Brewing Company has initiated a restructuring of its field sales staff which will, it hopes, bring Coors employees closer to the point-of-purchase and be "more responsive to the needs of our distributor customers," according to a memo to distributors penned by Coors chief revenue officer Ed McBrien, a copy of which was obtained by BBD.This is the first sweeping change to be initiated by incoming Coors US president Frits van Paasschen.
