Molson Coors announced that, as a result of the merger, it will be unable to file its requisite 10-Q filing with the SEC during the prescribed time despite "considerable effort by the company." The merger has complicated things, apparently, and the company needs time to go over disclosures, how to account for Brazilian operations, and other complexities brought by the merger. In addition, we are hearing that Molson Coors will discuss the Brazilian Question at their board meeting this week.
