Constellation Beer Names New CSO: Jack Edwards

Dear Client: Big news this morning for Constellation, which is entering the second half of the year with some big new c-suite players. Having just welcomed Nicholas Fink as its new CEO (see our recent issue for analysts’ first impression), the company is now announcing a new SVP/Chief Sales Officer for Constellation Beer Division in 25-year alcohol/CPG vet, Jack Edwards.  His appointment is effective May 18. He succeeds Bill Renspie, who left the company last March [see CBD 03-20-2025].  WHO
