Columbia Snags William Grant & Sons, Duckhorn and More in OR/WA RNDC Deal

Dear Client: In late April, we reported that Columbia Distributing had entered into a letter of intent with RNDC for the Oregon, Washington and Alaska markets — with Alaska being a new market for Columbia. That deal represented the continued evolution of Columbia’s total beverage strategy, adding scale particularly for the wine and spirits side of their Pac Northwest business [see BBD 04-27-2026]. Now we know who Columbia will pick up in that deal, at least in WA and OR.
