Columbia has Letter of Intent to take on RNDC Suppliers in WA, OR and AK

Dear Client: Breaking news: Giant multi-state Molson Coors/Constellation house Columbia Distributing has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with ailing wine and spirits wholesaler RNDC for the Oregon, Washington and Alaska markets -- the latter of which will be a new market for Columbia altogether.  The Oregon and Washington additions for Columbia, of course subject to supplier approval, will be "massively" accretive to Columbia's business, chief Chris Steffanci tells BBD.  They will not take on every supplier, we understand.
