Columbia Distributing Expanding PAC NW Platform With Stake in Hayden Beverage

Dear Client: Pac Northwest Molson Coors/Constellation/Heineken USA/Diageo/Mike’s/Red Bull heavy Columbia Distributing (~81 million cases) and family-owned Idaho distributor Hayden Beverage company have just announced that the former has signed a letter of intent (LOI) to acquire a stake in Hayden. The investment expands Columbia's beverage platform across Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.  The deal joins two partners with “aligned supplier relationships, complementary portfolios, and a shared focus on execution,” they said.  Recall that Hayden purchased Columbia’s stake in Scout Distribution
