Charmer Sunbelt and Wirtz Become Breakthru Beverage Group

Dear Client:Wine, spirits and beer houses Charmer Sunbelt Group and Wirtz Beverage Group have just announced an agreement to combine substantially all of their beverage alcohol operations. The resulting Breakthru Beverage Group will be one of the largest distribs in North America, with operations in 16 markets, more than 7,000 employees and $6 billion in annual bev alc sales.
