Cesar Vargas Retiring from A-B; Melissa Ameluxen to Succeed as VP, Corporate Affairs

Dear Client: Cesar Vargas, Anheuser-Busch’s longtime VP Legal & Corporate Affairs, is retiring from the company in April of next year, per a note that A-B CEO Brendan Whitworth sent to wholesalers. Another A-B vet, Melissa Ameluxen, has been appointed to succeed Cesar as VP Corporate Affairs, North America Zone, effective April 1, 2027. Melissa has been with A-B for almost 12 years, most recently as VP, State Government Affairs.  Brendan praised Cesar for his contributions to both the company
