C-Stores Suffer Despite Low Fuel Prices

Information Resources is rolling out their new c-store "All Scan" service, which scans over 11.5k stores, now that it has enough historical data. We were given a sample, and it shows that c-store beer sales are continuing to take a hit, and the important channel experienced even tougher trends in November, down 1.4% while supermarkets were up 2.4%. The slowdown in c-stores is all the more striking as gas prices have plummeted, which would seemingly help c-store beer sales. However,
