Big Week for Beer News

We had the news of the pending sale of Vermont Hard Cider to C&C for over $300 million (see BBD 10-23-2012), the Feds looking into Monster (BBD 10-24-2012 ), KPS selling North American Breweries to Cerveceria Costa Rica for $388 million (BBD 10-26-2012), and a settlement reached between MillerCoors and Chesbay and Reyes which paves the way for Reyes to close on the deal (BBD 10-26-2012 ).
