Big Franchise Fight in Arizona Continues

A local and growing craft brewer in Arizona, Four Peaks Brewing (selling 400k ce's a year), has sued its statewide distributor, Alliance Beverage, to terminate and move the brands to A-B house Hensley. The case is interesting because it pits a craft brewer against a large beer, wine, and spirits house, with another distributor (Hensley) apparently waiting in the wings. It's another example of distributors on both sides
