Big Beer-Drinking States Making Restaurants Fuller

Dear Client:  Texas Governor Greg Abbott announced yesterday that businesses currently operating at 50% capacity -- including restaurants, retail stores and gyms -- across most of the state will be allowed to operate at 75% capacity starting Monday, reports Statesman. The order does not allow for bars to reopen. The only three regions not included in the order are the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo and Victoria.
