BI Talks Promotions with State Regulator

Dear Client: Over the next few days we'll see a lot of beer promotions at retail as the big two (MC and ABI), craft beers and imports duke it out for share during the all important Independence Day weekend. A panel we caught at the National Conference of State Liquor Administrators addressed this issue, specifically instant redeemable coupons and promotional items. Titled, "Give Aways...Why We Do It & Why We Shouldn't," was moderated by James Webster, of Webster Powell. Panelists
