BEER BRIEFS:IS BRITO ANGLING TO BE A US CITIZEN? A Belgian periodical (via LagerHeads), says that Brito, a Brazilian, and ABI cfo Felipe Dutra sold large blocks of ABI stock only to repurchase the shares a few days later at a similar price. Why? The press speculates that the reasoning behind these bizarre transactions is it sets the stage for Brito and Dutra to become naturalized US citizens. It smacks of a tax play.
