Appeal!

The Washington State Liquor Control Board said late Wednesday that it plans to appeal the federal court by District Court Judge Marsha Pechman in the Costco case, which ordered the state to stop enforcing key components of its alcohol code. Judge Pechman had given the state 30 days to decide whether to appeal.
