Paul Clinton, Pres and CEO of Diageo North America, has decided to "leave the company for family reasons at the end of 2003," according to a release from the company. "Paul's decision is personal and results from his wish to return home to Canada with his family," Diageo CEO Paul Walsh said, adding that Clinton gave the decision his "fullest consideration and one which represents the best possible future for him and his family."
