Alert: Miller to Discontinue FMB Brands

Miller Brewing Company said it has finalized its separate agreements with Allied Domecq and Brown-Forman. All companies have agreed to terminate their commercial arrangements under which Miller has produced and distributed their FMBs. Brown-Forman will assume responsibility for production, sales and marketing of Jack Daniel's Original Hard Cola effective April 1, 2004.The agreement with Allied Domecq results in the discontinuation of the Stoli Citrona and Sauza Diablo brands, effective immediately.Miller is refocusing its commitment "behind its SKYY Blue brand franchise,"
