NAB Addresses Wholesalers on their Sale

October 26, 2012Dear Client:North American Breweries management just held a conference call for wholesalers in the wake of this morning's announcement that owner KPS is selling them to Cerveceria Costa Rica for $388 million in cash. NAB will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary in the deal, doing business under the North American Breweries name.
