The Brazilian billionaire investors Jorge Paulo Lemann, Marcel Herrmann Telles and Carlos Alberto Sicupira agreed to pay $10.6 million to settle a five-year old case where they were accused of "abuse of power as controlling shareholders of beverage company AmBev," reports Reuters.
