A-B To Expand Marketing to “Swing Voters”

BBD spoke with A-B vp Dave Peacock yesterday to flesh out some points that came out of A-B's distributor meetings in Dallas last week. At that meeting, A-B president August Busch IV told distributors that A-B is not content with reaching only 60% of beer consumers, or "loyalists" as he called them. The other 40% consist of "rejectors" and "swing voters", or drinkers who are willing to drink A-B products but don't. Reaching the swing voters is an A-B objective
