A-B Questions InBev’s Ability to Close Deal

Anheuser-Busch is fighting back. A-B issued a release minutes ago which questioned InBev's ability to close the deal. A-B claims that InBev, through a subsidiary, has a "significant partnership with the government of Cuba to produce and distribute products in Cuba." A-B questions InBev's "ability to complete an acquisition under U.S. laws that affect acquisitions of U.S. companies by foreign companies" with the Cuban embargo. Haven't heard that one before.A-B also called InBev's attempt to replace the board "self serving"
