A-B In Talks To Buy BeatBox for $700M, Per WSJ 

Dear Client:  A long-speculated deal is reportedly taking shape, as The Wall Street Journal says Anheuser-Busch is in talks to acquire BeatBox Beverages in a transaction that could value the soaring RTD maker at roughly $700 million.  Sources told WSJ a deal “could come together soon, assuming talks don’t fall apart.”  If finalized, it would be A-B’s biggest RTD swing since buying Cutwater in early 2019, a move that has helped propel the brewer into now a top 10 spirits
