A-B Hires Bankers?

Anheuser-Busch is said to have hired two big banks to help them fight a possible $46 billion from InBev. The Sunday Times reports that A-B has hired Goldman Sachs and Citi to presumably help it explore its options and fend off a possible hostile takeover.Meanwhile, another UK paper is saying that while A-B is reportedly interviewing bankers, InBev is meeting with bankers as well and is close to securing $50 billion for a buyout of A-B.
