A-B Disavows Direct Shipping Claim

Good news for three-tier advocates. If you took the time to read our issue of BBD yesterday, you may remember we quoted a letter sent by an A-B attorney to the Ohio liquor control communicating a wish to keep the right to ship direct to retailers and consumers. BBD has since learned that A-B had verbally told the Ohio liquor control, five days after that letter was sent, that the letter in question was an erroneous statement of A-B's position.The
