Beer Institute acting chief Art DeCelle has announced plans to leave the group at the end of April after 16 years as the association's Executive Vice President and General Counsel. He will be joining the Washington, D.C. office of McDermott, Will and Emery, (an national law firm where alcohol attorney Marc Sorini works). Art was acting chief after Jeff Becker passed away
