American Eagle Fined for Unfair Trade Practices Earlier this Year

Dear Client:Add Colorado to the list of states busting branches. Somehow this one flew under the radar. But according to a registry of offenses from April, American Eagle Distributing was fined $5,000 -- the max possible state fine -- for "unfair trade practices."Punishment included 14 days suspension (5 days served, 9 days held in abeyance for one year). The $5,000 was paid in lieu of active suspension. This is of course part of a longer narrative of recent action against
