ABI, DOJ to Seek Another Extension from Court

Dear Client:ABI, Modelo, Constellation, and the DOJ are likely to ask the the court to extend their looming deadline another month to come up with an acceptable deal. The current deadline is next Tuesday, but sources say that this deadline is not is not expected to yield a definitive deal and all parties require more time as the DOJ mulls the details of the deal and negotiations progress.The negotiations are progressing and moving forward, but they have not come to
