A-B To Close “Watered Down” Beer Case

Anheuser-Busch has asked the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit to throw out a resumption of proposed multidistrict litigation alleging the company intentionally falsified the alcohol percentage on the label of its products, per report by Law 360. AB has referred back to the district court's dismissal of the case, which concluded the brewer was operating within the state and federal laws. A-B believes this dismissal
