This morning A-B VP business and wholesaler development Bob Tallett announced, in line with previously relayed divestiture plans, that they've agreed to sell a portion of their New Jersey distribution territory to Northern Eagle Beverage, owned by Steve Reale, and a portion of their newly acquired Colorado distribution territory to Steven Busch, owner of Krey Distributing. The Reale deal is expected to close later this month; and Busch likely in Q1.
