Early this morn AB InBev put out statement that it has made a third bid for SAB for GBP 42.15 a share (roughly $64); The first was 38 and the second, 40, in cash. The first two were rejected. As we understand, it's a cash proposal. But there's a partial share alternative that SABMiller investors Altria and co. could find attractive.
