On the heals of the Boening lawsuit against Manhattan Beer, New York A-B distributor Clare Rose has filed a lawsuit against InBev USA and Manhattan Beer, claiming that InBev wrongfully gave a Beck's line extension (Beck's Premier Light) to Manhattan Beer instead of Clare Rose, which currently distributes Beck's, and is attempting to "coerce Clare Rose into selling all of its Beck's distribution rights to MB," according to the complaint.
