Sam Calagione on Craft’s Hermit Crab Moment, Plus Higher Octane Canned Cocktails

Dear Client:    Craft beer's cool godfather, Sam Calagione, has a great analogy for this era in craft.  Asked when craft will finally "bounce," after a few years of negative growth, Sam offers a vibrant visual. We're in the hermit crab phase.  "We lived through that first shakeout," Sam said on Beernet Radio Friday.
