New Jersey’s River Horse Brewing Company Acquires Baltimore’s DuClaw Brewing

Dear Client:  In the latest craft brewing acquisition, Maryland’s DuClaw Brewing has been sold to Ewing, New Jersey-based River Horse Brewing Company, the companies announced Thursday. Details of the transaction, including the number of employees affected, were not disclosed.
