Dear Client: In the latest craft brewing acquisition, Maryland’s DuClaw Brewing has been sold to Ewing, New Jersey-based River Horse Brewing Company, the companies announced Thursday. Details of the transaction, including the number of employees affected, were not disclosed. As part of the deal, production of DuClaw’s portfolio of beers will be moved from Baltimore County to New Jersey, according to a report by the Baltimore Business Journal.
