Newport Craft Strikes Again in New York, Acquiring Radiant Pig

Dear Client: Newport Craft Brewing & Distilling is a company to keep an eye on. The Rhode Island-based brewstillery, founded in 1999, has flown under the radar for much of its existence, but has made a splash in the Northeast as of late, following the sale to a private equity group led by local businessman Brendan O’Donnell in 2017. Not long after the sale (in April of 2019), Brendan and the new team of owners announced it had cut a
