PA Brewers Land Tax Credit

Dear Client:An up to $5 million Malt Beverage Tax Credit has successfully piggybacked on Pennsylvania's just-passed $1.3 billion revenue package. The Brewers of Pennsylvania, the state's brewing guild, called it "a major victory for all craft breweries in the Commonwealth, particularly smaller breweries." The measure will provide a tax credit of up to $200,000 annually per producer on any capital expenditure that expands brewery operations.
